I have an exhibition fast approaching.
Interestingly I am calm.
This concerns me.
In the lead up to Christmas I was working hard on creating silk and wool scarves.
And I was very pleased with the patterns that resulted
With the practical side sorted I began focusing on the installation element of the exhibition, first gathering and preparing branches from my yard.
Now my focus is on the installation element of the exhibition, the actual Canopy.
I’m sewing everyday.
Everytime I think I am approaching the end I find more silk.
I don’t think installation s are ever actually complete, the artist just runs out of time.
